Select Your Program According To Your Requirements
After evaluating the player´s objectives, needs and training facilities, a personalized program will be prescribed to best suit his expectations and needs. Since 6 weeks is the minimum expected time to produce fitness adaptations due to training, this program will be based on 6 weeks cycles (Modules) which can be followed up through the course of the season. Each module will be established according to the fitness level and competence of the player. A signed statement will guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the program and the service.
- The service is based on a continuous coach-player interaction
- The training plans are developed on a 6 week basis(Minimum expected time to produce fitness adaptations due to training)
- Every 6 weeks there is an evaluation and update of the individual programs
- The coach meets periodically (6 weeks) with the player to update the programs (For Manchester & Madrid Venues)

Short-term (1 Module) Program
- The training program will consist of a 6-week training cycle (1 Module).
- On the first 3 days after signing up for the service the player will be receive a document to gather all the essential information (objectives, previous training experience, available time and facilities, diet analysis, etc.) in order to prescribe the personalized training program.
- The training program will be personally prescribed after a detailed examination of the player requirements and, thereafter, the player will receive periodic emails including the training sessions for each week during the program duration. Pictures and videos, with detailed explanations, will be updated in a shared file (i.e. Drop box).
- All the training sessions will be registered in a computerized form so the player can get permanent feedback from the trainer.
- In addition, the trainer will be available for a 15-minute meeting (via Skype) every two (2) weeks during the program duration (that is, 3 SKYPE meetings per Module).
- At the end of the period the player will receive a final report of the training work carried out. This final report summarizes the training regimen and allows progressing into more complex conditioning modules.

- The 1 Module training program includes:
- Gym-based strength and conditioning sessions
- On-the-field soccer-specific sessions
- Diet Advisory: Nutrition and ergogenic aids
- Soccer specific training consultancy
- Additionally, players can request a special INJURY REHABILITATION and/or INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM. Requesting this, the program will be prescribed according to the injury history of the player (i.e. after a long-term injury) or to prevent the occurrence of the most common soccer specific injuries.

Long-Term Program
- Elite soccer requires players to be fit and improve their fitness during all the months of the season. Therefore, our year-long program covers the training for the entire season.
- Throughout the year, the training of all the physical capacities relevant to soccer match performance will be covered in every module in accordance to the objectives and demands of the player. This approach is used by the highest European soccer teams, where top-class players have to perform at their maximal standard for a competitive period that can be up to 10 or 11 months long.
- Within 3 days after registering for this EduKick Virtual Trainer service the player will be receive a standard document from us via email that the player will complete and return to us. This document is used to gather all the essential information (training objectives, previous training experience, available time and facilities, diet analysis, etc.) required to prescribe the EduKick Virtual Training program.
- After completing each module there will be an evaluation and update of the training program.
