EduKick is proud to partner with Hidalgo International Football Academy (HIFA) to ensure that participating players have "the French language & culture football experience of a lifetime!" EduKick believe that living, studying and training in a foreign country is an invaluable experience that a player will never forget and the benefits of such an experience will be embedded positively into that individual for the rest of his or her life.
The "Professional Trials Program" course is designed for serious male footballers aged 16+ who desire to measure their football/soccer abilities with those of current professional club academy players in the south of France.
All EduKick France - HIFA Football Courses are overseen by the famous and respected former French National Team Coach, Michel Hidalgo and his carefully selected technical staff.
 The 3 week program will expose participants to training & matches against 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th division level teams from clubs such as AS Monaco FC, Olympic Marseille, OGC Nice, AS Cannes FC, Frejus saint Raphael, ESCR, RC Grasse.
 All participants will begin week # 1 with the 3rd senior team of AS Cannes. During this week the EduKick France – Michel Hidalgo Academy staff will evaluate each participant’s ability level and make recommendations to our local player Agent who will then arrange the subsequent week # 2 and week # 3 trial weeks with the local clubs appropriate to each individual’s ability.
 EduKick France – Michel Hidalgo Academy staff will inform each participant of the feedback received from participating Professional clubs.

Cannes is located in the Côte d'Azur ( French Riviera) on the coastline of the southeast corner of France. It is a busy tourist destination and host of the annual Cannes Film Festival. The city is famous for its luxury shops, restaurants, hotels & beaches.
EduKick participants are accommodated at the “International College of Cannes” located directly opposite the beach only 500 metres from the city centre of Cannes. The college campus consisits of: 
- 22 classrooms equipped with audio/visual material
- 110 student dorms
- 220 seat capacity dining hall
- Leisure time office
- Library/Multimedia room with free Wi-Fi
- TV-Room (TV cable) / DVD / Video
- 140 seat Cinema and conference hall
- Foyer bar
- Fitness/recreation room
- On-site nurse

The shared facilities of professional clubs AS Cannes & USCBO are used for all Edukick technical training sessions. The facilities consist of:
- 8000 seat stadium
- 3 full size grass pitches
- 2 synthetic turf fields

EDUCATION - STUDENT LIFE
All EduKick France students are taught at the International College of Cannes.

| EduKick France Boarding School French language classes take place at the International College of Cannes. |
The International College of Cannes provides a whole range of French language courses from Elementary to Proficiency level. The faculty is made up of 20 professors holding university teaching degrees who are trained in the latest teaching techniques and share many years of experience teaching French as a foreign language. The teachers have a very lively and efficient teaching approach using original methods and documents. The program is thoroughly established to guarantee continuity from one level to the next.
 Participants of the trials program attend daily French language classes during the 3 week program.
The aim of the classes is to acquire abilities of communication in daily social exchanges that would be important I nthe future of participants who are invited to return for further trials or for those who would be lucky enough to be offered a contract. The classes use written, recorded and visual documents favouring comprehension and expression.
We encourage you to begin to increase your French language ability as soon as you have registered for this program. Ask your EduKick representative about the different options for improving your French (or on your own).
ACCOMMODATIONS: CANNES, FRANCE
Students are accommodated at the International College of Cannes.

Students are accommodated in twin room accommodation at the International College of Cannes. Each twin room consists of:
- 2 single beds
- 2 desks
- 2 closets (for clothes storage)
- wash basin
NOTE:
- Common showers and toilets are located on each floor of the residence
- Bed Linen is provided by the college (washed and changed every 10 days)
- Students should bring their own bath towels and toiletries
- Rooms are cleaned daily by College cleaning staff
Students also eat 3 meals each day at the college restaurant. A salad bar and a menu are provided for each meal. On weekends a brunch replaces breakfast and lunch. Meals times are as follows:
Weekdays:
- Breakfast 8.05 – 8.45am
- Lunch 12.15pm – 12.55pm
- Dinner 7.05pm – 7.45pm
Weekends:
- Brunch between 10.00am – 12.30pm
- Dinner 7.05pm – 7.45pm
Upon arrival on campus, students receive a "Welcoming Folder" containing the following information :
- The meal times
- A city map of Cannes
- The security rules and practical advices of the college
The academic year football boarding school course has been carefully designed to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from this unique French language immersion football experience. However, please remember that you are going to be living as a guest in another country, with different customs, language and food, so it will be a challenge! You will meet all members of the course (your new teammates) and will be living along side them for the duration of the academic year.
The information below is designed to help you integrate as easily and quickly as possible.
Remember players...you and the other students (and staff) will likely form a genuine friendship that can last for the rest of their lives!
- Take the time to write a personal bio and also a football resume to share with EduKick French staff prior to your arrival.
- Make an effort to ask about your new teammates, their interests and hobbies.
- Make sure to follow course rules and regulations at all times.
- Remember at EduKick France we are a team, be sure to be punctual to all activities and events.
- Always use a pre-paid international telephone card (available from local shops) to phone home.
- Always remember to ask EduKick France staff if you ever are confused about anything or have a question of any type.
- Try and keep your room and bed as tidy as possible to respect your fellow roommates and to follow EduKick course rules.
- Make sure to eat well at all three daily meals as your body will need to be well
nourished and hydrated to handle the daily training sessions.
- Set a regular schedule for doing your personal and sports laundry.
Remember! You're not living in a hotel and your mom will not be there to help you!
Finally, you must remember that French people may do things differently to what you are accustomed. It's also easier to misunderstand a situation when communicating in a foreign language. If you are unsure about something, ask an EduKick staff member to assist you.

INSURANCE:
Students are advised to take out an individual insurance policy for the duration of their stay. The College insurance policy covers only against accidents occurring during activities organized by the College, but not for injuries incurred in activities it has not sponsored. The insurance should also cover the student in case of injury occurring during a football training or match.

SECURITY
Students may deposit their cash, plane tickets, traveller's cheques, etc. in the College safe. The College or EduKick cannot be held responsible for theft from rooms. In Cannes, students are advised to be cautious, as in any big international city. Young women are also advised not to walk alone in the streets, at night.

MEDICAL CARE
The on-site nurse administers routine medical treatment for accidents or minor illness. When a prescription is needed, at the student's request, the nurse calls a doctor who works regularly with the College. The doctor's consultation is at the student's expense.

Players are scouted principally on observation during training sessions and matches or tournaments. The program, through its partner “Sport International Organisation” will follow-up where necessary and make arrangements on behalf of the player to find the best possible protocol with the club in view of starting a professional career.
“EduKick Inc. & Sport International Organization” have the exclusive rights of image of the players (photos, video, advertising campaign, etc) as long as the player is in France and playing in France.

EduKick France Director, Mr. Sebastien Nassif
Seb lives in Cannes, manages the player's participation in our associated football programs and communicates regularly with our affiliated club coaches and managers. He also communicates directly as needed with our player's teachers, school counselors, and school officials in order to assure that EduKick students are well adjusted and progressing well at their new French school. But most importantly, Mr. Nassif acts as our "Student Welfare Director", mentoring the participating student-players with daily communication, advice, encouragement and support

EDUKICK HIFA COACHING STAFF
Edukick HIFA Coaching Staff - Our coaches are fully qualified as youth coaches and have followed the normal training set up by the French Football Federation (FFF). They are entitled of a BE (Brevet d’Etat) 1st and 2nd level. All of them were former professional players in France. They may not be bilingual and football teaching is in French. The participants will also receive the intervention of specialized trainers, coaches, professional active or former players, for some specific workshops: (goalkeeper, defence, attack, etc…)
