Open to both boys and girls 16 years old and above. All ability levels are welcome and no prior soccer or foreign language experience is necessary. All levels of French speakers are accepted, from elementary up to native speaker.

EduKick is proud to partner with Hidalgo International Football Academy (HIFA) to ensure that participating players have “the French language & culture football experience of a lifetime!” EduKick believe that living, studying and training in a foreign country is an invaluable experience that a playerSoccer Academies in Cannes France will never forget and the benefits of such an experience will be embedded positively into that individual for the rest of his or her life.
The Senior Boys football course program is designed for serious male footballers aged 16+ who desire to develop their football/soccer abilities over an extended period of time (nine months) under the guidance of our professional technical coaching staff. The program coincides with the regular academic school year, beginning in September and finishing in May of the following year.
All EduKick France – HIFA Football Courses, including our Boys Football Academy, are overseen by the famous and respected former French National Team Coach, Michel Hidalgo!
EduKick HIFA staff are keenly aware of the challenges that our Academy presents to our players so are fully committed to the overall education of each individual through our football development and language immersion program. Living, playing football and studying in France as a teenager or young adult represents an enormous challenge for both the participant and the educators.EduKick Cannes France From the participant’s; courage, effort and character is required to succeed. From the EduKick HIFA staff, it demands creativity, professional guidance, supervision, mentorship and expertise in order to provide the required level of service to our young players.
The year long program is a compete “French Language & Culture”immersion course. All school lectures, football coaching sessions, and social activities are conducted in French, though the communicative language may still be both English and French. Who Can Participate Cannes FranceStudents will study French daily and be fully immersed in French language and culture through daily interaction with their teammates, classmates, new French friends and EduKick staff.

Education:

Year Long, Half Year & Monthly Senior program participants aged 16+ attend French Language classesEducation Cannes France at the International College of Cannes. The College provides a whole range of French language courses from Elementary to Proficiency level. The faculty is made up of 20 professors holding university teaching degrees who are trained in the latest teaching techniques and share many years of experience teaching French as a foreign language.
Year Long, Half Year & Monthly Senior program participants aged 16+ attend French Language classesEducation Cannes France at the International College of Cannes. The College provides a whole range of French language courses from Elementary to Proficiency level. The faculty is made up of 20 professors holding university teaching degrees who are trained in the latest teaching techniques and share many years of experience teaching French as a foreign language.
Students attend 3 classes per day (45 minutes per class) between 9.00am – 12.00pm
Year Long, ½ Year & Monthly Junior program participants aged 12 – 15 years old attend the Collège des Campelières located in the heart of Cannes. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and by the French Football Federation, the “sport-études” department of Collège des Campelières was set up in 2004. The class schedule is adapted to the concept of extra sports hours so as to enable the students to attend special football practices. Every year, 16 to 18 local French students are granted the possibility to enter the football department at Collège des Campelières. The first objective, just like a normal school, is education. EduKick International students are granted automatic acceptance to the football department!
Professional Club exposure programme participants receive daily French language classes at the International College of Cannes. The aim of the course is to acquire abilities of communication in daily social exchanges and provide the participants with the basic necessary communication skills required on the soccer field.

Communication & Reporting

EduKick International Soccer Academies prides itself on excellent communication and reporting. All of our participants are provided with language progress reports. EduKick Madrid Year-long EduKick International Soccer Academies student-athletes will receive six (6) technical soccer evaluation reports and six (6) academic reports (from the affiliated educational institution) throughout the duration of the academic year course. EduKick International Soccer Academies also provides periodic behavioral/social updates from our Directors in the field. These reports are designed to serve as “updates” on general group activities, excursions, special events and any particular issues that may have transpired. The reports are often accompanied by digital photos or video clips that are emailed to parents for their review and enjoyment.

Group Social Events:

Although extracurricular activities are not mandatory, we strongly encourage that students take part in them, as they are a useful complement to each program. Various activities for afterschool and weekends are offered.

“Manchester” is a quiet neighbourhoud away from the city hussle but still with an excellent public transport connection to the city centre.
EduKick Football Academies distinguishes itself with its commitment to safety, security and supervision. Football Academies’ students have adult monitors/mentors assigned to them as part of the program for continual service, supervision and mentorship. EduKick Football Academies participant events and activities are also carefully monitored and supervised. EduKick Football Academies Program rules and regulations are designed to ensure the safety and security of our soccer player participants (i.e. curfews, permission to exit regulations, etc). All football player participants are required to carry personal health insurance. During our technical training sessions we have on-site non-emergency medical trainers and personnel who can provide basic athletic-injury care and support. EduKick Football Academies is committed to establishing an atmosphere that is safe and nurturing for our participants. We believe that after these basic needs are met for both our foreign and domestic student athletes, an environment conducive to learning a new language and footballr training is made comfortable and effective.
